Maximum of 8 people allowed per trip
NO OPEN FLAME SMOKING ON BOAT (electric vapes are acceptable)
NO FIREWORKS/SPARKLERS
No one is allowed in the water while the motor is running
Everyone must remain in the enclosed deck while the boat is moving
If interested in extending your service, please see your captain on board to confirm there is no reservation after yours **Additional fees apply**
Please be respectful of the boat, crew, & safety instructions. We are here to ensure you have a safe, fun experience. **Intentional damage of our equipment will result in fines**
REFUNDS/RESCHEDULING MAY OCCUR IF IT IS ACTIVELY RAINING AT THE START TIME OF YOUR RENTAL
CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE MADE ATLEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED RENTAL TIME/DATE for a 50% REFUND.
EVERYONE MUST check that you acknowledge & sign the waiver provided by your captain at the dock before your services can start.
